Service Description

Group fitness class of 2-5 people including, 1. Warm up, focused on activation and mobility. 2. Resistance training, focused on aesthetics/ strength/ structural balance and overall health. 3. HIIT cardio, designed for maximum benefit in a short period of time. 4. Cool down, to aid recovery and increase flexibility.
